what are some good options for fillers for capping anavar? I read that you should try to get a filler that is the same consistency (grain) as the raws you're capping. Also, what size caps work the best?

Even plain sugar, creatine or protein powder will work.
You can get some microcrystalline cellulose or ready-to-use capping/tabbing blends on Ebay if you want.

No matter what filler you use, do what pharma does
1 Best if you use a colorant to be able to spot unmixed spots. You can get an edible colorant in any supermarket (powder form) meant for cakes/cookies, or a powdered spice like curcuma.

2 Use geometric dilution, where you start adding a small filler volume approximately equal to var volume, don't add any further filler until properly mixed.

3 Use a mortar and pestle to both grind both var and filler to the same grain size, and to mix them.
A study shows 60-80 revolutions, alternating 10 clockwise, 10 counterclockwise, works as well or better than expensive mixing machines.
Anavar capsulation.

I use protein powder and size 4 capsules. The size 4 capsules. Pros of size 4: smaller capsule, close to 50/50 mix of active/inactive ingredients
Cons of size 4: only found them overseas, alittle more hassel to work with than larger sizes

Question, not for var, but if you were making caps of 10 or 20mg, what size would you suggest? I originally was going to get 0 but thinking those would be huge for what I need. I'm new to this

Bigger the better IMO, easier to get accurate even distribution if you are using a capsule filler like the capsulCN.

I have var at 470.6mg and glutamine at 532.5mg, this is for 00 caps.
