Hello everyone, new to the forum. Canadian, 34, male, 5'10" 190lbs. Trained hard for 10 years, clean diet, 2 low dose cycles a year.
Took the last couple years pretty easy after my daughter was born and I'm looking to get back at it. Now I'm in my 30's and the body doesn't respond like it used to to hard training. Looking forward to getting good advice on training, diet, and supplements. Thanks all, Cheers!
