Placed an order description weeks ago after his return. I added an item after my initial order and he worked with me on the shipping. Pack came in but was missing some items. After contacting him, he sent the missing items with some freebies to make up for it. I’m happy with the products. I’ve ordered from him multiple times before his closure and was happy then too. Thanks.
 
Missing items seem to be a running theme in this thread. Granted, PS appears to make it right, but really, how hard is it to look at a computer screen, gather the items listed, then send it out complete, on the first go?
I just assumed the missing items were to be expected at this point...like a secret stealth technique? So good, theyre not even there? Lol...who knows
 
It's because he sends the orders to someone who packs them up and ships them I believe. And I think they are the ones who fuck up the orders. I've had my share of missing shit but he always comes through.

If that's the case, he needs to find someone more competent.

Every time a missing item needs to be shipped separately, is one more time the customer has to do the hope and pray with customs. Not to mention the money he has to fork over to send it. i'd imagine that shit adds up over time.

No doubt I agree 100%. He should hit me up I could handle his shit in the states lmao I need some extra cash. I have to say tho all the orders and never once have I not gotten what I paid for.
 
I wonder how many orders that have missing items may have occurred due to poor communication. As in trying to make changes to the order after it has initially been put in? Maybe Ive been lucky, I always get what I order......
 
It's been nearly 72 hours this time and no pm. I've never had this problem with him before. Idk... just trying to further his business ventures, but I guess he doesn't want that...
 
I must be the odd man out. Through multiple orders before and now one after his return, I've yet to have anything missing ever.

He's always emailed me back in less than a days time also.

Always receive things in about 10 days time also, then and now.

No complaints.

Missing goods were in orders older like 2-3 weeks. We little changed a system. I wrote it before, my guy who making packs, he never have anything with this type of goods, so , for example , I send him order ,,2 x Nolvadex,, and he send 2 blisters , instead 6 blisters ( 2 original boxes ) . But now he have complete info, so we minimize chance for mistake.

Had an issue with the promo, I misunderstood the requirements after placing an order, but @pharmasource decided to give me the promo nonetheless. He didnt have to and I understood where I miscommunicated.

Had another minor issue with a order that he resolved immediately and credited me for no questions asked.

Great service and follow through. ;)
