Hating on Metallica for 30+ yrs of music is like hating on the sun beating down on us, lol. Of course things are gonna change. Not many relevent acts out there make it 30 yrs. Even less of those same acts write there own shit from start to end *cough* hetfield *cough*. That alone is impressive. Hating on them for being extremely rich and content. The music changes when your no longer drunk, high, hungry and pissed off at everything. The worst thing that can ever happen is to become civilized. Either that or just be another dead rockstar. All my favorite bands went thru this genesis. Everyone of em.

Had a thrash style i didn't like..song is called Spit out the bone. I just checked again, its a brand new release. Not from the album you mentioned I believe. Ill check that out, however.
Also, I think youre about age range, you never got into White Zombie or any of those mid 90s grunge bands, lol?

Spit out the bone is from hard wired to self destruct which is their newest album. I thought it was fantastic

Yea its a radio edit release it says. Not for me. Perhaps just one of those things where i cannot accept change from a particular band I suppose. Regardless, the entire black album, all of and justice for all, and most of master of puppets will always be "very near and dear in my heart"
