Hi all, Been lurking a while and finally joined up.
Might recognize me from PHF, SG, or another board or two.
Just here to learn more about eating right, lifting, injury rehab/prevention, gear, lifting after 40, etc. And how to be big and strong with a full time job and life, lol.
Been lifting fairly regularly for the last 10 years, a few breaks mostly injury related as I get older. Rotator cuff, mild arthritis (wtf), back, the usual.
Random fact: also a big Coast to Coast am fan.
