Elite labs gear gave 2 delt infections

Had a scratch to begin with. Got a little red. Looked like a small little pimple and so i tried to pop it and it was all down hill from there

This is exactly what happened to me almost 10 years ago. Had a pimple on my calf and gave it a squeeze, 2 days later I had a giant red spot the size of a quarter that was hot and painful as hell. Turns out it was MRSA and had eaten 1/4 inch deep into my muscle. I could feel it melting the tissue, it was some of the worst pain ever next to my torn labrum. I had to get it packed for a week just like you, awful stuff.

I was lucky enough to only tear it 50% and went through 4 months of physical therapy which made a world of difference, if it's an option I would highly recommend it. I think it took me 9-12 months to get back to mostly normal and maybe 15-18 to get back to 100%. This was before I used GH or AAS.

Good luck with your recovery and hopefully you're not out too long.

Thanks man. I just finished 6 months of PT. Go back to the doc at the end of the month for a follow up

Holy shit.. you 2 shouldn’t ride in the same car.

The amount of injuries on here amazes me sometimes.. it's also convinced me that stretching and warming up is 110% necessary!

Not saying all injuries can be prevented but a large portion could be.

It really helps, foregoing ego would be another good one since there's little practicality in benching 400 pounds besides pride.

Would like to agree with this but I train mostly for strength and am wanting to do a powerlifting meet if the stars ever line up correctly. As far as aesthetics go flat benching heavy is probably not your best use of your time.
