Where the Metal Heads at?

Yeah man, that little music scene grew into more. It's wasn't as crazy as a MC or anything but legit non the less. I didn't know either until I saw the wiki.

Im pretty sure most of the time they just beat the hell out of everyone, I know they wouldn't be involved in drugs or any of that. Guns, well that could be another story. Maybe it was just the shear volume of 'members' and the constant violence that drove the classification?

Remember the big black X they would have on each hand? That's how i learned straightedge was, talking very early 90s here. I think that X may have been watered down over the years with emo fags and the like.
Thats going way back.....earlier to when Jnco's were a thing and everyone else was a "poser"...lol...i think they were actually against sex before marriage in the beginning...on top of everything else..

Against sex before marriage? All I said is they were a tough group, never said that they were smart!

It Is way back, isn't It? Fuck I'm getting older. What the fuck was I doing listening to that music and going to those shows at that age for? Can I get an applause for my parents please?

Asbury park...still has the stone pony and has some decent shows from time to time...
I saw Fury Of V, VOD, and Candiria there when we ripped that place apart. Still to thus day best show ever!

E-town a shit ton. Biohazard many times. A misfits show. Morbid Angel. Gwar everytime they came around. Hatebreed. Fear Factory. These are just the ones I can remember. It felt as though I was at the stone pony nightly for about 5 years straight lol

The self titled EP from VOD is still one of the greatest albums of its time IMO.

Spit out the bone is from hard wired to self destruct which is their newest album. I thought it was fantastic

I have wumpscut on repeat in the gym :)

Anyone into Onslaught?

They have a lot of albums. Been around since the 90's. Lots of their shit on YouTube or download their discography via torrent.

Heard this on a college station this morning.

Quick fact- the lead singer of Ill Nino (christian machado) has been using the former lead singer from Drowning Pools mic and mic stand since he died of an OD many years ago....i can say ive seen these guys a dozen times...or maybe many more...favorite song is Fallen and Cleansing.....nice find @Ickyrica :)

The band that started the modern heavy shit, random picked song. Not sure what line up this is.

Im not sure if yall have ever listened to this. Ive done alot of lifting to these guys. Mix - Index Case - Listen: Index Case - Listen

@Skull have not heard them before but now on my playlist, thanks for lead.

Searched them and found this come up in a medical dictionary;

"Index case: A person who first draws attention to his or her family because of having a medical condition."

I use to have their album called index case 2005. Alot of thier music doesn't make any sense but it makes for some good weight lifting music lol.

Nice. Will add them to my mix. Fucking gym I lift at is in an industrial area, with mofo speaker stacks. All they play is hard house and fag electro, so I have to duct tape my headphones to my ears.

Very misleading, those are dudes [emoji848]

How dare you assume someone's gender.

Reported to the society for prevention of such things.

You need to check your male white hetero-normative (and other big words) privilege and shit.

1:40 is pretty brutal, love the dog attack to make the shit so much more dramatic. When I'm in the gym I'm so pissed they took my father's son, not sure how I can relate to that but it's nice to get pissed off about, lol
