After several weeks of nosing around here and other sites. I decided to sign up. The people on here (compared to other sites) seem to be way more advanced in knowledge and tolerate very little bullshit.
I had my knee completely rebuilt 8 months ago and trying to get over the depression of it all and get back in the gym.
I look forward to learning from all of you.
