Had a few workouts since last check in, don’t have my book handy and can’t recall all set for rep so high lights and lows

190lb new max, failed 205.
Front squat
285lb new max, failed 315lb
Snatch
155lb new max, failed 175lb
Clean&jerk
205lb new max, failed 225lb and injured my left rotator cuff in doing so.
Past week has been finding new 1rm in my programming, all the maxes are what I hit, some I hit more but the numbers I’ve posted are what I will be using for my programming as those are what I can confidently hit regularly. Found out how mortal I am in the past few weeks. My nutritions been on point I’ve followed my programming but I’m breaking day to day. My weight is 173lb in the morning and 176lb for training. I’ve got a powerlifting mock meet to find new 1rm for those too next week then I will be taking a week or two off of training to heal up before I go into a hybrid program with WODs at the end of each strength day programming. Realize this log is less then interesting for people pushing big weight and isn’t really a powerlifting log so I’m not going to update regularly anymore. I’ll post highlights but that’s about it.
