Best delt and pec exercises for mass

Lol this guy is the reason i started doing them

I came across him when I was working on exercises to fix some pinched nerves that were bothering me in all overhead movements. The "consensus" among the physical therapy folks was that overhead presses, especially behind the neck, were bad - so obviously I had to prove them wrong. (I really don't like physical therapists - they seem so useless in all they do.)

Klokov is not human, here's another one:

BTW, have you set any goal for yourself in BTN presses? Not so much the 1RM but working sets. During 2018, do you think it's realistic to add 20lbs to this? On each side.

Sorry @Wunderpus i sometimes post without thinking through about my audience and their experience. I understand we are all here to learn and sometimes i do a piss, poor, job of passing on my thoughts. Thanks for the heads up, ill tighten up.
Wunder is a great dude who knows what he is doing, even if his way is not conventional.
@MindlessWork , hey bro, you try the TREN yet?
Not this run but considering tren for my next cycle planned for next June.

Honestly dude i don't go to o crazy with overhead pressing. I go more for hypertrophy. I think long term heavy OH pressing will maybe lead to shoulder problems for myself. I look for a good pump in the 8-12 rep range. Now to contradict myself, after my reg working sets i set the pins high in the power rack, just above head and do heavy partials. I can go to 185 for like 4-5. It's a pretty cool exercise i found at elitefts. Gotten me stronger too.
I don't think 20lbs is crazy at all. Try wendlers 531 maybe. It goes up in 5lb increments every month for OHP.

That gives me an idea for next upper body workout, thanks. I will try the heavy partial OHP's to see how it works for me.
