Best way to mix powders for capsules?

So I'm thinking about capping my own Aromasin and DNP but I want to be 1000% sure each capsule is evenly mixed. I thought about mixing the filler and the raws in a magic bullet blender but I'm not completely sure this is safe, especially considering how dangerous DNP is if capped wrong. What do you guys use? What precautions should I take?

Geometric dilution with a dye powder (Not nessasery for dnp since it is a dye of sorts ) is the most accurate method for mixing your active ingredient and filler. Use a mortar (a big pyrex bowl works well )and pestle , not a magic bullet . The second you'd open the top on the blender dnp dust would get everywhere . But , no matter what each cap will have a slight difference in dosage give or take a few mg because caps just tend to pack down different no matter how meticulous you try to be.

The best equipment would be a V-Mixer
but Mortar and Pestle can work as well, provided you

do 80 revolutions (alternate 10 clockwise and 10 counterclockwise) on each geometric dilution step.

use a dye to ensure even mixing

As for your aromasin, i would make a solution instead of caps.

Much easier and dosed more accurately.
Might be a little better as a suspension, I've tried aromasin a couple times in grain alcohol and it isn't very soluble. It's is supposed to be soluble in ethanol up to 20mg/ml , but just from personal experience it hasn't been the case .

I never realized caps were inherently mid dosed, this makes me want to make tablets instead. Thanks for the insight.

Looks like this is the best way in my case, considering the cheapest v-mixer I found was $1,200 lol

Its really not too bad depending on what you are making . I use size 1 caps and every batch i pull out of the capper range from .380 to .420 grams (total filled cap weight) . So if you take into account the ratio between your filler and active ingredient, your total active ingredient is only going to swing a few mg's in either direction depending on what your making .

I cap my aromasin in 10mg caps just because i like working with easy round numbers , but i figure if the total fill weight has a 40mg varience the aromasin in each cap is roughly 8-12mg in a given cap . Not to big a deal with aromasin , but i wouldn't try to cap adex or letrozole because that few milligram swing could fuck you up pretty bad if you are taking what you thought was 1mg and is actually 2 or 3 mgs .

Interesting, thanks for the info. I just really wish I would’ve known this when I was using ugl capped arimidex, would’ve explained a lot
