SecureNym email issues

I’m having major issues with my SecureNym account.

I have someone tying to email me and have used the following with no success:

Proton
Safe-mail
Anonymousspeech

Anyone have a clue?

Have you tried tutanota email provider yet? If not tell em to give that one a try big guy. If that doesn't work then damn bro im sorry i wasn't anymore of a help to ya than iam. My favorite email providers are proton an tutanota. Hardly ever have any issues with either one of em

Yeah its deff bs that you pay for a email that you cant use or is givin you problems. Do you have frequent problems with Secnym when it comes to others not being able to reply to you?

I’ve only had one other person who used anonymous and proton(I think) and have issues.

SecureNym is good about emailing back when I have questions. I’ll reach out tomorrow.

If anyone else has this issues please let me know if there is a solution or quick fix.

So contacted securenym admin and they lifted my spam filters. They were not coming through because of their pharmaceutical nature

Why don't YOU open a new Email accout in the same provider they use to Email you?

i.e. if they're trying to Email you from Proton, you open a Proton account
if Safe-M, you open a Safe-M one
and so on

not only delivery is guaranteed
but much more secure as the Email only sits in the provider servers accessed only by https connections on both ends, as opposed to a normal Email going all around the world, even if encrypted.

I already paid for a new proton and had admin loosen my filter on securenym. Problem solved.
