Diet help

So ive been doing this diet
28-days-to-lean Meal Plan
I feel its helping lose some fat but dont necessarily think its helping much with size. My weight isnt going up or down

230lbs
5'8
At the gym 5-6 days a week
PPL off PP sometimes L off

What im basically asking is what would you do to this diet to help with adding more muscle size. Or would you keep it the way it is for a while? Ive been doing it for almost 3 weeks now
 
You're not going to get the best of both worlds.

You need a calorie deficit to lose fat and a surplus to gain size. Decide what's more important....

And you can't expect miracles when you're only 3 weeks in..

There's really nothing else to say after this. You have to decide what you want. Can't do both at the same time.
