6 week cycle before Hawaii's 10th annual Stingray Physique Contest

I am entering into the Physique category.

Week 1-6 Sustonan 300 1ml e3d
Week 1-6 Tren 75mg ed
Week 1-3 Anavar/Winnie 100mg ed
Week 3-6 Anavar/Winne 50mg ed
Week 3-6 Masteron P 100mg eod
Week 3-6 Clenbuterol (low doses i.e. 20mged)
Week 4/5-6 Letrozol ( Crash E2 due to using Sus.)
Week 6 Aldactone
Week 8-12Pct Nolva and Clomid Blend

I know this is short and cycle should be more closer to 10 weeks. But decision was made very recently to enter and this is the timeframe.

Stats:
5'10
175
8-10% Bf
Goal:
180
6% Bf

Not exactly counting my macros ha. I know I eat 5 times a day at about 500 to 600 calories a meal...consisting of at least 30 to 40 grams of protein and probably twice that in carbs. And my total diet prob consist of 20%fat if that.
And of course theres the 40 gram protein shake after working out.
This is the only food i have and eat:
Foods:
Protein Infused Pasta
Chicken
Oatmeal
Eggs
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Whole Fiber Wheat Bread(7grm Protein/slice)
Pancakes on Saturday or Sunday lol
Chili
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Broccoli and occasional Salad
Bananna, Apple, Orange
Tiger Milk Protein Bar
Myoplex Protein Shake
Lost of seasoning and spray pam for cooking

I know by end of day if im pretty much eating enough or too little or overall healthy.
And a gallon or two of water a day. untill a day or two before contest.

Workout Routine:
Day 1 Chest, Tricep, Ab (abdominus variety), Cardio
Day 2 Back, Shoulder, Bicep, Forearm
Day 3 Legs, Ab (Obliques variety), Cardio
Day 4 Rest (optional: Yoga/Stretch Routine, Light pump/cardio and Posing Practice)
Day 5 Tricep, Chest, Ab(Ab),Cardio
Day 6 Bicep, Shoulder, Back, Forearm
Day 7 Legs, Ab(Oblique),Cardio
Day 8(same as day4)

I usually do anywhere from 10 to 14 sets on a bodypart and I listed the heaviest weight trained bodypart first.

I have very good genetics and have been lifting weights for 15 years. My body responds and adapts very quickly. This will be my 3rd cycle. And its been almost 5 years.
My best body part is very wide built up delts.
I do not train legs for mass size or girth because I am an avid big wave surfer in the ocean. And huge quads and hams would effect my surfing negativiley on a surfboard for agility when surfing waves.
This is why i would suit more in Physique lol.

Im not looking to worry about where I place. Im just dealing with what i have and having fun while doing it.

I don’t think you will be able to lose 4% bf eating pasta, pancakes oatmeal, pbj sandwich’s, and Alfredo sauce.
Also your liver is going to hate you running Tren ed along with 100mg var/ 100mg winny at the same time.

Ok can always count on someone trying to pick apart and say whats wrong with something...which i appreciate cause this is how people learn.
I would like to point out fact I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years working as a trainer, sales for 24hr and Ballys, and been a manager of a GNC. Also as being a active Meso Member for around 5 years..I think im pretty sure I know that Anavar and Win is hard on liver..and at 100 mg...but thats only for first 2 weeks and ill prob look into liver and joint support supplementation.
this cycle is short but i would consider advanced.

Okay to address the diet?

why wouldnt I be able to lose 4 percent?
im not going for exact numbers but just target area goals. 4 percent of 175 is 5 to 7 pounds..and the amount of anabolic and clenbuterol compounds and the grueling workouts with cardio and my daily metabolic rate and job working construction rihht now...should be good for the excersize and calorie burning department.

Im pretty solid and muscular...i kinda need the oatmeal in the morning to start fueling my body along with 4 eggs for beginning of day.
The pasta is also protein infused the ratio is 60:40
and peanut butter is a great way to get your good fats for your diet.
My meals are broken down..im not overeating or stuffing myself at meal time...keeping me hungry and metabolism going. And i try not to eat an hour or two befor going to sleep.
Obviously i would taper down and modify my diet appropriately a little bit in next following weeks towards contest...but to be honest...the hard part is then gaining 10 pounds of muscle! And in 6 weeks while trying to burn fat and cut! That is going to be the challenge...but the more anabolic and muscle build the easier to burn fat.

Or should i not eat carbs?lol cmon bro.

the only think thats prob not too good is my buttermilk pancakes...
sorry cant give up my once a week morning pancake breakfast lol :)

Why did you even post a thread? I never said don’t eat carbs, it seems like everyone on here lately that doesn’t like what they hear has some sort or rebuttal that includes twisting up words, lol I don’t get it. I said your liver isn’t going to be happy and sure as shit you have some excuse you tell me it’s only two weeks and you know your shit because you work at gnc and have been a member here for five years. Well if that’s the case you would know that the consensus around here is that liver supplements don’t do shit!! And that’s right from our meso doctors mouth’s.

Do what you want man my suggestion to not eat so many high carb foods was because your cutting and only have a 2500 calories to work with. A pbj and a cup of oats is like 800cals alone, along with 100g of carbs and those are just snacks and usually are not used in a cutting cycles. Then you got pancakes in pasta! Fuck man eat it all I don’t care!
 
lol thanks brother :) not trying to be defensive or twist words on my own post. isnt one cup of oatmeal 300 calories and 1 tablespoon serving of peanut butter 100 calories(i put it in oatmeal) and then 3 eggs which would be another 300...thats about 6 to 700 for my first meal of the day...i dont have precise answers but just havin good fun winging it as opposed to super hardcore precise science being absolute serious..everybodies body is different.
the thread was i thought for a cycle post and i decided to just list my routine im living.. but maybe ill cut back the win/anvar dose appreciate the second thought. ill let you know how i place in the Stingray Classic
