Reached out to them to see what was going on with ur order. Here is their reply.

Hey, don't worry, it's our fault. We're gonna reship this guy, but like I told him, it's gonna take a while. And my colleague wrote to him,"we're here, we haven't disappeared and recognize that we have to reship as soon as possible."

But understand correctly - it really takes time, I can't just come to the warehouse and say-send kits. I need to coordinate this with the principal. And this is the most difficult for us. I hope until the end of the week we will get permission and make reship, and until I see no point to justify ourselves, we admit our guilt and the best apology is a new tracking code.
