200mg test cruise is ridiculous

Came off a low dose tren cycle not too long ago, and I’ve been cruising on 200mg test a week.

My opinion is, i should not be making gains on a cruise but rather maintaining. I’m going to get bloods, but so far 200mg test seems to be an overkill dosage for a cruise.
 
You probably aren't close to your natural limit yet if you're making gains on 200 mg/week. You can lower your cruise dose if you just want to maintain what you have between blasts.

Unless you are a very big bodybuilder, changed are your muscle mass can be sustained with normal levels. I would suggest getting blood work and seeing where your test levels are. If they're out of range lower your dose

Chances are 125mg-150mg is generally what puts you at the high end of the normal range.

I think the confusion comes into play when we're talking about trt vs a cruise. Trt is bringing you back to natural levels but with exogenous testosterone usage. A cruise essentially is a very mild cycle run in between full cycles. I think alot of guys lie to themselves and say they need 200 or 250 a week to maintain their mass when that's actually not true.

I had a guy at my gym tell me he was on trt. I say cool how much? 300mg a week lol. I said that's a mild cycle not trt. He said its Dr prescribed. I said the dr prescribed you 300mg a week!! He says no 100mg. I just laughed and walked away.

One thing I have seen, that I hate, is a guy at my gym legitimately has a script for 1 400mg injection every 15 days.... He's a vet and the doc is at the VA

When I cruise on 200/wk, my test levels come back just over 1,000. High end of the spectrum.

Gotta get bloods to know more.

Honestly on 200 a week. I feel I'm just above maintainece.
 
Actually, I’d be surprised if you weren’t making gains on any dose of test if you are eating at a surplus and under your genetic limit.
If you are under your genetic limit I agree, but then again, you don’t need any exogenous test to get there anyway...
 
Can you honestly say 99% of people you know that run gear (including yourself) have ever bothered to “reach their genetic limit” before hopping on the bike though? It’s just regurgitated garbage that people continue to spout.
I did, can’t speak for others.

125mg/wk put me at 1240 tt last bloods.
With proper nutrition and rest you can still gain unless your already massive.
 
i'm on 200 mg week TRT in divided doses... making solid gains. labs show test at 799 but that is 4 days post injection.. Currently on keto diet ... Losing fat while strength going up..Yippie.

Yeah there was someone on here a few months ago, his trt was prescribed @ 300mg.
The funny thing his link to his doctor was a TRT clinic off of Amazon. He actually had a legit prescription. These clinics are shady as fuck!!
