High MCV levels(pics of blood test)

Got my bloods back a few days ago and noticed that my MCV levels are high. They arent to much out of range but I'm still worried. Did research and found out it means my blood cells are bigger than they should be. Any cause for concern? Also note I didn't fast before getting the bloods as I was just intrested in my t and e levels.
