Back from long unwanted vacation and neeeees help!

To make a long story short I was violated on probation for leaving the state to work. With that being said I was on cycle and went to jail for year and half! So you can imagine how I’m feeling I literally lost every bit of muscle I had and it took a long time to obtain. Now being out I’m ready to dive back in to a test only cycle. But being as I’ve lost all my mass and gained plenty of fat I’m lost on kind of where to start with my macros and training. Previous stats were somewhere around 6 ft 228 at like 10-12 % bf. Was eating 3200-3600 cal clean a day mostly chicken eggs fish rice and oats with protein shakes before and after workout. Today’s stats “cough cough” 6 ft 200 and just fat for sure don’t have a clue what percent but it’s high being no T while gone. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
 
Get your blood work done. I'm assuming you couldn't pct, so let's see first off if you're making any notable amount of test or if you need trt
Will do as soon as I get home from work in about six days because I also want to check my liver values. Before I was running some harsh orals and enzymes were sky high and dropped them immediately and shortly after I was sent away.
 
I would start with clean diet cycle free. Get everything in check with diet, training and life. Then hop on.
The diet I’m not worried I’m very disciplined when it comes to this actually. I just don’t really know where to begin being totally different mass than before and eating nothing but bullshit they fed me. I’ve already started eating clean for the past week. Haven’t been able to start workout being I’m at work and know I will be too sore to perform my job at the moment so I’ll wait till I get home for my two weeks off to ease back into it. PS work on drilling rig so very active job.
 
Just wanted to ask if you guys think it to be a good idea to start running my gh now before I start my new cycle to enhance the fat loss. I’ve read it’s always better to start it first and continue through and after cycle. Just looking for opinions, thanks in advance!

If I were you I would get bloodwork and check my hormones then I would probably work naturally for something like two/three months with a solid diet and training program, then and only then, I would consider hoping in. I know that you are excited to finally start a cycle again after a long time of lay off. But see this as a gift, you took a break from it and now is the chance to do everything correctly without mistakes.
 
I do plan to wait but I was asking is if I should just start with the gh as planned before cycle.
