To make a long story short I was violated on probation for leaving the state to work. With that being said I was on cycle and went to jail for year and half! So you can imagine how I’m feeling I literally lost every bit of muscle I had and it took a long time to obtain. Now being out I’m ready to dive back in to a test only cycle. But being as I’ve lost all my mass and gained plenty of fat I’m lost on kind of where to start with my macros and training. Previous stats were somewhere around 6 ft 228 at like 10-12 % bf. Was eating 3200-3600 cal clean a day mostly chicken eggs fish rice and oats with protein shakes before and after workout. Today’s stats “cough cough” 6 ft 200 and just fat for sure don’t have a clue what percent but it’s high being no T while gone. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
