How does a show like Drugsinc get ppl on there?

This question popped into my mind last night...this show called Drugsinc was on and I wondered how they get the people on there to begin with.

I know that if you get caught on YouTube speeding and recording yourself you can get a ticket now, I wonder how shows like this actually get people on there?? I mean, it can't be as easy as walking down the street with a camera and saying, "are you a drug addict? Will you be on my world wide television show for the world to see??" Or is it that easy??

They're not smart people. I mean they have the dealers and crack cooks on there!!! How does that shit work? "Ok, so just sign here and we will have you on the show even though you risk killing me or going to prison for life"

I think some of that shit has to be improvised

I've wondered that as well. Like if they just stroll into bed neighborhoods with cameras and ask to speak with the drug dealers. If they're so eager to talk I also wonder why cops don't pretend to be filming a show and do the same thing except arrest everyone after.

Believe it or not drug dealers that are showing their drugs and their drug brand on those shows is good for their business. It’s like free advertising... albeit very risky

Yea, this is probably true. But you just have to wonder how the process works of finding these ppl? I mean do they just post a sign on drug dealer auditions? Lol

They use fake contests and giveaways to catch people with warrants and bait cars to catch car thieves. Seems like something they'd do.

Yeah, I've seen a few of those. I remember some other show where they told people with warrants they won a trip to Hawaii or something and then arrested when they showed up to claim their tickets.

90% of convictions are from illegal search and seizure and entrapment. One of my buddies was ex police and even told me once that the bulk of his convictions could have fucked him over if they knew the law

I saw a news story the other day where they told this lady she won a vacation or car or something and she had to go somewhere to claim her prize(can't remember where), but once she got there they arrested her bc she had a warrant.

This is true. If it's a cop they'll jump back , if she's letting you and cool with it she's a legit hooker. I had a co-worker give me the ins and outs of backpages one day and how to stay safe. Hahahaha, never used it though but interesting to hear all the tactics

Yea from what I’ve heard it works but the reverse isn’t so effective, heard of hookers getting arrested after banging the cop. Guess the guy cops aren’t as ethical as the lady’s lol
