I have noticed any compound can do it really just depends on the spot if I go right ventro glute I get slammed every time.

Compound lifts for about 10 years really helped me develop as a natural athlete. I been on gear about 4 years now. Since I built a solid base as a natty, it’s easier to gain and sculpt. Muscle maturity started happening around 35. Perfect time to do my first blast.

Yeah literally hit me harder than anything I have ever seen was a little to extreme for me don't know what I got close to but it was a crazy feeling for a couple of minutes.
