Getting Fat on PCT?

So I'm looking for some second opinions on this...

Usually I only cycle about once or twice a year and I always make those cycles pretty solid bulks to put on some decent size. But more often than not I run into the same speed bump. After my bulk I'll up my calories during PCT and train with heavier intensity in order to better maintain the size I put on during cycle. But because of this I also end up putting on some fat during PCT. Then it becomes a royal pain burning that fat off cycle.

I'd like to know what you folks do. I figure most people probably make their next cycle a cut then wait the extra time before bulking again. But honestly it feels to me like a waste to run AAS and prolong your next bulk just to burn some fat. What do you guys do?

No, that wasn't really the question I had. I'm well aware that increasing calories is going to make me gain fat. But I'll gladly put on a bit of fat if that means I can maintain my strength to lift heavy and maintain the hard earned muscle I put on while I'm on AAS. I've found that this works for me and I'm sure I'm not the only one who follows that kind of system.

If you are able to increase intensity post cycle, you were not going hard enough on cycle. AAS give you the possibility to go harder than you possibly could natty.

You can utilize more calories while on AAS. Lower calories after. Next time you cycle and up your calories and intensity, lower your intensity a bit when you come off to avoid injury.

You may lose a bit of muscle while off. 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Repeat.

I saw that tamoxifen makes my face more fat, sounds like a joke but's the truth haha.A lil nothing relevant. Looking more "RUST".But hey what is more important?healthy penis or fine face?

Erythropoietic agent??

Maybe I didn't phrase some things properly. I wouldn't say that I work out with more intensity during pct than when on cycle, but I do try to maintain high intensity. And in order to do that while maintaining weight, I keep my calories up. I've found this helps me maintain my gains a lot better. You at least give your body a chance to get acclimated to the new weight rather than immediately dropping calories and subsequently losing a lot of your gains. This is just the way I do it, all roads lead to Rome. I just wanted some other opinions when it came to the topic of cutting.

But I appreciate all the advice.

Shit are u worried for intensity or gains?

Anyway, bulk is a waste of time.

Eat real food like a real man and please dont drink dairys and u will be streght like Son Goku.

what is your pct protocol? compounds and amounts? does it include an AI? Clomid and nolva both aromatize as does hcg. Some run all 3 in pct and its estro city w/o an AI.

Is it bf or water retention? If it is truly bf then its a diet issue and Nothing more than that...if it’s water retention from test levels dropping and elevated e2 from your cycle then that’s something that will clear itself as normal hormone levels out....if you’re running a solid pharmaceutical grade pct, water retention/ bloat should minimal.....keeping cals up during pct is important but WHERE you get those cals from is even more important..... lowering the carbs a bit and up the lean protein during this period works great ....
in summery; run a pharmaceutical grade pct for the cycle you’ve done, and manipulate diet during this time and for a couple months after pct is over , THEN look at where you’re at...to many people think that when cycle is over that they should look like Frank Zane, but the true results are seen weeks after pct is over

Small offtopic, would you say dairy is the main reason foe fatgain? During my bulks i eat lot of noodles for carb source and like to drink lot of milk. Of course i put on much fat then but still not am sure if it comes mostly due to the high carbs from noodles or from the dairy i consume (around 1 l a day of milk)

What the heck are noodles?

I use cortisol to my workout.I mean natural cortisol.I play with the timming of food.

Milk in this sense have a terrible efect regarding cortisol and in the gut.If dairy is a must for you I prefer yellow cheese and only postworkout.

Uhm..spaghetti?

Regarding food timing, during my last diet i think it helped me alot to have first meal carbless, and tje closer i get to workout add in carbs and take away fats. Post workout i have more carbs and reduce carbs towards prebed meals.. same approach as you do?

off aas.. lower calories and lower carbs.. like mentioned above, aas wil lgive u the extra strength to lift heavier.. when u lower calories/carbs/aas…. your bound to lose strength and size.
its just the way it is.. no need to go int oa cut cycle.. why not cut on ur pct with a lil extra time to come into next cycle lean??
I myself rather d othe slow and steady.. meaning, no bulking cycles..
why pack on 10 lbs of fat and 10 lbs of muscle.. to then have to cut down to hopefully keeping 7lbs of muscle and killing all the fat?? its a push and pull effect in my opinion..
I rather put 5 lbs of muscle and 0 fat every cycle than do that yoyo shit..
I personally don't run wet/bulk compounds just not my thang!!!
low test/mast 4-5 weeks then low test/tren 4-5 weeks and repeat!
