So I'm looking for some second opinions on this...
Usually I only cycle about once or twice a year and I always make those cycles pretty solid bulks to put on some decent size. But more often than not I run into the same speed bump. After my bulk I'll up my calories during PCT and train with heavier intensity in order to better maintain the size I put on during cycle. But because of this I also end up putting on some fat during PCT. Then it becomes a royal pain burning that fat off cycle.
I'd like to know what you folks do. I figure most people probably make their next cycle a cut then wait the extra time before bulking again. But honestly it feels to me like a waste to run AAS and prolong your next bulk just to burn some fat. What do you guys do?
