A carpenter can give you a better solution but even with cracked sheathing or tongue and groove sub roof, the water should still roll over the shingles. I wonder if the shingles in that area are also cracked or damaged

I'll have to go up there and check it out, we have some heavy rain today so I just noticed it.

A new roof is not in my budget right now, I am getting married in a few weeks! Lol

Hopefully some other guys can chime in.

The kid is my 7 year old and you cant really see his face so it's ok to leave him in there. And you are right, if someone is here looking they are juicing like I am so maybe it'll be an ice breaker for a conversation. I was at some field leadership training program a few months back. They gave the statistic in construction right now. For every 3 workers retiring, only 1 is filling the position. Wages will be increased to fill the demand.

exposed concrete wall/garden bed i just did at home... formed it up, poured it, stripped and wood floated it 2hrs 30min after pouring then hit it with a high pressure hose an hour after that

will look better in a few days when the concrete cures more and i acid wash it

i love working with concrete, the fact that once u start theres kind of no goin back and sometimes u gota make modifications on the run... we call it concrete fever it changes ppls personalities as soon as the concrete truck turns up

It's a rush but god dam when big pours go bad, they go really bad. I have a love hate relationship with concrete.

i love it when the shit wont come out of the kibble, bout 2 years ago i was pouring 4metre high columns. concrete was 65mpa, well after the 3rd column she started going off on us, by the 4th column i was putting the 3inch vibe up into the kibble just to get it to move

Eh fuck it. If they know me they probably already know I'm not natty.
So we are expanding one of our businesses right next door to the current one. Tile was finished yesterday and I think we did well with the colors. We are putting up cloth walls with 1/4" padding behind them and wall sconces. The walls are like a dark red velvet with gold accents. Very 1700s french chateau feeling.
