I'm not super into that heavy east coast style rap, but since it's on topic... my favorite cardio song at the moment.



That era did have a lot of great music coming out of NY, later wu tang, cam ron, nas.

I usually hate white rappers and rap songs about addiction are usually HORRIBLY CRINGEWORTHY, but I dig this one.
