@Evilgainz sorry to be a dick but you’re kinda soft. You say you want to lose fat and gain muscle. You need to pick one. If you plan on running test tren mast that generally tends to be a cutting cycle. Well over 4000 cal is not a diet conducive to cutting. I know you said you’ve run some cycles but sounds like you don’t really know what your doing. Do not take any steroids if you don’t know how to diet. If you’re dead set on running the above compounds I would greatly rethink your diet. Lose the fat. Lean out as much as you can that you are happy with. Then figure out how to maintain that. Then start adding 2-300 calories more to your maintainance and then start growing muscle. When you begin to lose the ab definition. Stop. Repeat the above steps. You want more details I will help you but do some more home work on dieting.
You can keep the whole plan just drop the portions to bring down the total calories. First decide what you want. I think it should be to lose the softness. In order to do that you need to be in a calorie deficit. You need to figure out what your maintenance calories are. Then subtract about 3-700 calories. That will put you in a deficit. Once you have that number then adjust the above diet plan accordingly.
The thing about eating clean is you can eat anything you want as long as it’s clean. What matters the most is how much or little you will consume. You can eat everything on your diet plan just adjust the macros to fit your needs. You want peanut butter (not skippy or any of that shit) go ahead and have some. The only thing is you may only be able to have a tablespoon not half a container. So again just adjust what you plan on eating to fit your needs.
