Test Cyp, Tren Ace, Mast P cycle help

Also I forgot to mention diet will dictate your results not how much or often or what compounds you run. Eat light and clean and you’ll cut up. Eat heavy and clean/dirty and you’ll bulk.
 
appreciate everyone for their help again, here is a preview of the diet i plan to run ... what you guys think?

Meal 1
: 80g raw oats, 20g peanut butter, 2 scoops of quickmass protein with a cup of whole milk ; (1055 cals / 52g protein/ 28g fat)

Meal 2: 2 perdue breaded chicken breasts cutlets and 100g brown rice (618cal / 27g protein/ 23g fat)

Meal 3: 8oz chicken breast and 100g brown rice (593 cal / 75g protein/ 9g fat)

A fruit either apple, banana, or an orange

Meal 4:4 whole eggs and 1 whole wheat toast (382 cal / 28g protein / 21g fat)

Meal 5: 8 oz steak and a bowl of veggies (614 cal roughly/ 56g protein/ 43g fat)

Meal 6:2 scoops quickmass protein with a cup of milk and 20g peanut butter (755cal/ 42g protein / 22g fat)

Total: 4017 cal / 280g protein / 146 fat (did not include olive oil etc)

I will be switching around with steak or chicken and adding avocados/broccoli or sweet potatoes here and there
 
@Evilgainz sorry to be a dick but you’re kinda soft. You say you want to lose fat and gain muscle. You need to pick one. If you plan on running test tren mast that generally tends to be a cutting cycle. Well over 4000 cal is not a diet conducive to cutting. I know you said you’ve run some cycles but sounds like you don’t really know what your doing. Do not take any steroids if you don’t know how to diet. If you’re dead set on running the above compounds I would greatly rethink your diet. Lose the fat. Lean out as much as you can that you are happy with. Then figure out how to maintain that. Then start adding 2-300 calories more to your maintainance and then start growing muscle. When you begin to lose the ab definition. Stop. Repeat the above steps. You want more details I will help you but do some more home work on dieting.

I agree my diet was never on point , thats why i am posting for the help. If i drop the protein shake that wud drop 1010 cals, i had a 6lb tub laying around which is why i added it in. Appreciate any help with fixing up the diet for this cycle
 
i can increase portion of chicken breast or steak and drop the breaded chicken patties.. Try drinking some egg whites in the morning , can i keep the whole milk ? Just not a big fan of 2% or fat free
 
You can keep the whole plan just drop the portions to bring down the total calories. First decide what you want. I think it should be to lose the softness. In order to do that you need to be in a calorie deficit. You need to figure out what your maintenance calories are. Then subtract about 3-700 calories. That will put you in a deficit. Once you have that number then adjust the above diet plan accordingly.

Def need to lose the softness.... i can reduce to 5-6 ounce portions of lean protein .. drop the protein shake and replace it with trying to drink egg whites in the morning... should i keep the peanut butter and the toast with whole eggs etc? Thanks for the help
 
The thing about eating clean is you can eat anything you want as long as it’s clean. What matters the most is how much or little you will consume. You can eat everything on your diet plan just adjust the macros to fit your needs. You want peanut butter (not skippy or any of that shit) go ahead and have some. The only thing is you may only be able to have a tablespoon not half a container. So again just adjust what you plan on eating to fit your needs.

Gotcha bro just worried ill be starving all the time lol, ill just increase or decrease the lean protein portion as i go
 
Lol yeah you will. It fucking sucks but if you want to cut that’s the price. To be honest though if you only reduce your macros 3-500 calories from maintenance it won’t be that bad. Just listen to this though since it seems you aren’t very experienced in this area. This is a process. One that does not happen quickly. Stay the course and you will see results.
