Thought my fellow gun enthusiasts would find this helpful.
The media makes it out that gun violence is out of control. These government stats show that there was about 12,000 murders by firearms. When you remove gang on gang violence the number falls to around 6,000. In a country with 400,000,000 people of every background I’d say it’s nowhere near a crisis that it’s nade out to be.
Don’t forget, the renaming 6,000 murders are not done by your local hardware store owner. They are committed by other criminals

Then out of that 6k take out suicides and accidental gun deaths the number drops dramatically more.

Can't where I'm from. Unless LE, even armed body guards can only carry to/from work.
Even carrying in the car unloaded with gun and ammunition seperate is a no no unless on way to or back from shooting range.
I just keep a bunch of unused targets and my shooting muffs in the trunk always.

Yeah and they made it illegal to have any magazine that holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition for pistols or rifles, or 6 shotguns....

Been looking at those too. Read some reviews about them not being secure though.
If you have on like some pro combat underwear, they’re perfect. Don’t move at all. When I carry my Shield, that’s all I️ use. Probably no so great with a full size pistol though.

. I like the laws for gun control in the country its very very hard to get a hold of a gun here. Even the police here don't carry guns its a special unit that allowed to carry them. and I don't even know where there located or how long it would take them to respond to a gun incident but something tells me it would take them a while to get here.
to own a gun here you need a License for it. You also need a secure locked cabinet to keep the gun in. you also need a totally different separate cabinet to keep the ammo in. so basically if someone was to break in you cant get it in time fast enough to actually use it. someone breaks into your house here and lets say you have all that and managed to get to it and get to the ammo and load the gun fast enough before they get to you or your family if you shoot them your ass is going to jail. So ye that's pretty fucked if someone enters your property you should have the right to kill them to defend yourself and family but over here you don't have that right.

Just got my Colt 1911 series 70 competition series back from the engraver. It came back with the original grips but I went ahead and put Ivory grips on it right away.
