Your experience with high or low E2

I just wanted to ask some of you VETERANS who have a lengthy cycle history what your indicators/symptoms have been with high/low E2. I know pulling bloods is a must and the only way to confirm what’s happening but Im sure there are those of you who have so much experience that you know by “feelz” about where you’re at and what’s going on. I’d like to know if any of you guys felt a certain way at times, suspected what it was, pulled bloods and confirmed. This info could help the rookie noob, such as myself and others help understand what a certain feeling or symptom might mean, and help make sense of it, knowing we aren’t gonna be pulling bloods every single time something might feel a little off. Thanks for any input.

My joints ache when e2 gets too low and get bloated when it gets high. Bloodwork tells you where it's at at the time of the test.

Joint pain is #1 if my E2 is crashed. It's why I use aromasin as I could never get arimidex dialed in and finally went with, what I consider, to be a superior product. That said...I've had sensitive tests in the mid single digits without pain too.

Too high is itchy/sensitive nipples. That said I've had E2 well over 100 and never noticed anything.

Bottom line...blood work and multiple tests as you learn your body is the only way to know for sure. Going by "feelz" even for vets is VERY iffy.

Biggest indicators of low estrogen for me are decreased libido/inability to maintain a stiffy and dry skin.

I use the status of my teets to determine high e. If they get that folded over look then I know I’ve waited too long to take adex.

Good point. As everyone is different there's different tolerance levels of high/low e2.

Highest I had was 255 lowest was 26 and at 255 had bloat/edema in legs. At 26 had achy joints dry skin.

I feel fine with high e2, takes a little longer to nut.
Low e2 is sore joints and tendonitis, daytime drowsiness, moody and jealousy.
I dont take an AI at all anymore.
never once had nipple issues.

Thanks for all of the input and experiences. I agree on the labs. Im just putting this info in my toolbox to help me be more in touch with what’s going on day to day. I’m acne prone as well, but with me, its because my DHT goes ape shit. Thanks again.

Crashed E2 is fucking horrible. No sex drive, depressed, tired, moody, the joints, oh yeah that shit hurts. The worst is trying to bounce back. It seems like no matter how much you eat and lift you can't gain. You need estrogen to gain muscle. I recently got some bloods done and I have no idea where my E2 is at. I'm assuming on the high side. But despite the numbers I am not going to be swallowing adex or anything until actual symptoms arise.

Most likely if you have taken any AI and are feeling like your e2 is out of whack, then its most likely low. High E2 can be present without any symptoms and you can feel fine for a long time. Eventually you'll start to feel it in your breast tissue if its too high for long enough, but most people feel fine with high e2. You can't miss low e2.
If you have taken an AI recently and have any sex drive issues then your e2 is most likely low. Low E2 symptoms are alot more intense than high e2. Alot of times, the only way I know if I'm high is because I get moody and I get swollen under my eyes. Other than that, I feel great with high e2. Low E2 is miserable, almost comparable to a light opiate withdrawal if you crash it bad enough.

Thanks. Definitely sounds easier to diagnose low e2 than high w/out bloods...and yes I’ll do my bloods. Im a 3 year therapeutic TRT vet and staying on it forever or til I’m too old to give a damn Gonna throw in a blast a couple times a year and try a couple things with my cycle. Doing it slowly and studying all if the good info you guys share before blindly diving into it...so I know how each thing affects me. This is probably the best forum I’ve ever learned from.

Bloods can be very helpful with a lot of things just don't get caught up with chasing a number whats normal for one person could be totally diff for another person as long as the numbers aren't crazy find a spot thats comfortable for you the less meds we take the better ai aren't very good for our body's an if you feel good why take more things than we have to best of luck to u bud
