Your experience with high or low E2

Thanks. Definitely sounds easier to diagnose low e2 than high w/out bloods...and yes I’ll do my bloods. Im a 3 year therapeutic TRT vet and staying on it forever or til I’m too old to give a damn Gonna throw in a blast a couple times a year and try a couple things with my cycle. Doing it slowly and studying all if the good info you guys share before blindly diving into it...so I know how each thing affects me. This is probably the best forum I’ve ever learned from.

Check out the steroid articles. Lots of good knowledge there.

Bloods can be very helpful with a lot of things just don't get caught up with chasing a number whats normal for one person could be totally diff for another person as long as the numbers aren't crazy find a spot thats comfortable for you the less meds we take the better ai aren't very good for our body's an if you feel good why take more things than we have to best of luck to u bud

I agree 100%. Alot of times an AI just makes things worse and that e2 rollercoaster is hard to get off. If youre running high test then a relatively high e2 number is expected, and IMO only should be treated with AI upon experiencing high e2 symptoms such as nipple sensitivity etc..

Yes having sensitive nipples is side of high e2. Though I usually catch it way before it reaches that point. For me I get emotional side effects well before that.
It feels like I’m on clomid and sometimes I get choked up and feel like I’m gonna cry! :( So sad!! Also another sign besides nipple sensitivity is that I hold water on my inner bicep and rear tricep, it looks like cellulite.

Mine has been well over 100 and no issues. High e2 doesn't always mean sides, that's where bloods come in handy... However, even if it's high, that doesn't necessarily mean you're in trouble.

Low E2 on the other hand, I don't think anyone gets away with no sides when estro is tanked.

Best way I can describe the sides I get is like having a bad case of the flu. I've gotten nauseous, everything hurts... Hair, skin, joints. Just overall discomfort everywhere. Hot then cold then cold and sweaty.

I don't even remember the last time I took an AI. If I have an issue, I take nolva.. otherwise, I'm g2g.
