I setup cash app last week tried a small bitcoin purchase no problem!! Went back after I got my order ready and tried to purchase more bitcoins and it said insufficient funds? Had plenty of money on my debit card!! Contacted support and they got back to me 4 days later stating they reset my account and all should be good to go! Haven't tried it yet. My first few crypto purchases went perfect but the last three attempts have been hell!! Was using an atm but my last atm purchase was sent to some other wallet in the crypto universe?? Crypto stresses me the fuck out!!

We need to find another crypto guy like the one TGI set us up with for a while. That shit was smoothe as butter. If I would’ve known he was closing shop I would’ve made a huge purchase instead of small orders.

I think a lot of guys are just having issues with money and/or BTC getting hung up, delayed, locked out of accounts etc.

I’ve never had an issue buying, my issue is the hold they put on it. Does anyone even know why ? The money is withdrawn from my account within 24hrs and the hold is around 8 days.

Really? When I used coinmama with a debit or credit card it's gone instantly. Transferring to my wallet takes 30 mins to an hour but that's about it. I just don't like paying the fee and waiting for my crypto. Usually lose a few dollars in the process when it's transferring to my wallet.

I used cash app for a few transactions, but something happened and it wouldn't let me make any purchases for a while, then it all got better and was able to use it again. But ever since then I don't use it at all anymore, kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want to play the guessing game to see if I could make a purchase, especially if I have something lined up.
I think in all fairness tho, any given crypto purchase has its flaws, either you pay outrageous fees, get a hold put on your account, etc. It's all part of the game we choose to play. I even tried the coinsource ATM and they couldn't even recognize my ID I uploaded so that went out the window as well.

My "debit" card won't work with CashApp, so i looked around at other ways to buy crypto.

i came across Local Bitcoins. Talk about paying out the ass. One guy accepted iTunes gift cards in exchange for BTC.

Easy enough, until i saw that his trade rate was 19:1. Which means that for every dollar in BTC that i want to buy, i have to pay $19.

Oh how i laughed as i closed the browser window, vowing never to return to Local Bitcoins.
