A very simple way to get shredded EXTREMELY QUICK

I"ll give it a try @Demondosage , those are 2 of my favorite carb choices anyway . I will report back later....;) ~Ogh
Yea bro, I'm coming in quick. Just been pounding rice and oats and whey shakes for so long, though to drop all that shit and just do this. I remember seeing a diet years ago involving a lot of apples around HGH use, so eati g those as a good medium chain carb and yams as my long chain.

I always felt whey bound up my digestion somewhat so dropped it and started using GAT flexxx bcaa, so far very good results. Let me know how goes for ya

Thank you 90 pounds is awesome to that shit ain't easy an Same here I have read studies that it recovers very well but I'm scared to fuck with it an I know what I can do without it so why bother risking it now my problem is bulking my training an diet was built around staying lean so recently I have had to switch everything up an its a bitch putting on weight on purpose I know I will gain a little fat while I grow but I hate doing it to myself when I spent years fighting it
Bro, I can’t find that happy medium. I eat clean calories for mass and my ass blows the eff up. I need to find that spot. Hell, maybe I’m not cut out to use gear lol.

Its mental bro we have higher expectations for ourselves than others for years I felt like the fat guy even when people would comment on how good I looked I only noticed the bad just ignore it an keep on killing it like you have ben
Bro, when I went from wearing 2XL in T-shirt’s to wearing a medium and went from 38 to 32, I still looked in the mirror and saw the same fat ass that I always was. It’s 100% mental. It didn’t kick in until my favorite shirt was HUGE on me that I realized just how much weight I lost. But every time I looked in the mirror, I saw a fat fuck.

Lol I know what you mean I'm about
a month into a bulk an gained 11 pounds most of it clean but still don't like the soft look I'm getting but I just GTA deal with it if I want to grow

I was the same way I didnt realize it till I had a pare of jeans that were way to small for me when I was big an I found them after I lost the weight an I could fit 2 of me in them when I put them on an there was a good 10 inch gap in the waist was when I realized how much I lost cause I couldnt fit my leg in them when I was fat lol

Haha same was a mindfuck eating and going up on the scale. 26.5 lbs on my blast and as clean as possible. I got a little soft but all.measurements went up except my waist and hips at least very little there. Cutting now cant wait to see it all leaned out

If you are really interested in taking this to the next level bake your patatoes all in one day and refrigerate them then reheat them the day you want to eat them the startch becomes harder to break down and you actually lower its insulin response and in turn will cause less variants in blood sugar making you process the patato with more calories essentially making it around the same kcal burned as it does to digest meats too. Great way to help someone reverse diet out of a whole too without adding body fat

I’ve heard something similar with pasta. Make it like normal then refrigerate. When you reheat it you drop the total calories in half or something like that.

Normal. Like throw it in the microwave in a Tupperware or something. Add a touch of water to help soften it. It’s similar to what happens in @RodgerThat wrote. Something happens to the starch and causes the carbs to be broken down differently. It’s literally something like half of the carbs will not get absorbed. I might have read it on T-nation. Awesome site if you’ve never heard of it.

Well no carbs are magically disappearing or not getting absorbed the body is incredible good at absorbing it will just make you absorb it at a slower rate causing more calories to burn just to digest it then it being more of a insulin resistant carb means it won’t throw your blood sugar any direction making it not cause a spike making you want to overeat

So in one study you eat half a cup of cooked pasta completely plain no sauce no meatballs nothing 3x a week and they lost 1.4lb collectively in the 2500 anadotic study... no shit people don’t eat 1/2 cup of cooked pasta with nothing that’s not the point of that food so study fundamentally flawed from the get go but I indulged and read on it speculated that adding 5g of coconut oil (45calories) will then in turn make it a start resistant carb as well changing the molecules.... that’s one hell of a coconut oil if it literally can change the structure of a carbohydrates considering coconut oil doesn’t have any enzymes that can break anything down.

Second study on rice says that it’s causing obesity because people eat way to much in single portions and then says the miracle to cutting calories in half was just reheating and coconut oil. One most Asian cultures that rely on rice have the lowest obesity rates oops that doesn’t corilate with what they said and two once again you can’t litterally take away energy from a fuel source but they do however say at the bottom they are rendering about half of it indigestible... so therefore you’ll see rice grains everyone is your poop and if not you digested it so also wrong.

Not attacking you my man and no disrespect I really appreciate when people link articles but don’t take your science from T nation they have great click bate articles but if you really want to know you have to go far far beyond a single citation article on a bro forum. Single citation means they parroted exactly what that study was looking to find and that’s not the scientific method it should be repeatable so therefore multiple citations and any quality paper would never leave so much ambiguity for interpretation.

I do not have the research on pasta or rice but if I come across it at any point I’ll link back here and post it. Not saying that it is inherently wrong or the claims are outlandish but there’s no real science over there so I wouldn’t be doubling down on your pasta just cause you put coconut oil into it making you think there’s less calories.

A company selling coconut oil prolly paid for the study's lol

I have no idea but I can tell ya I’m not about to start lathering my simple carbs in long chain fats cause man oh man the amount of study’s putting high carbs meals with fats always show the greatest risk for health markers and generally lead to bad eating habits giving you a hormonal response to eating making you want to eat more

You do realize that what you wrote and what linked are pretty similar. I am by no means saying that t nation is gospel. Those two links just support what you wrote. That was an awfully big response to me to basically say what you wrote is bullshit and shouldn’t be believed. I’m not saying you or those links are right or wrong. I was just trying to help you substantiate what you wrote by linking two articles that I read that support your post.

Yes I fully understand that and yes I know you were trying to back up what I said I was just more criticing the actual science in their articles because it wasn’t science at all or at least it was a little snip of what worked for their article but in no way would a quality study be run and have that as its summary. I know the science specifically on patatos not on pasta or rice if I were to just say they are equal to the patato that would be a far leap for me to go. No matter how similar the article is and what I said on patatos Im still going to look at everything I read with a critical mind and the articles just don’t read to be of any reliable substance but I know the more digestible single page summary’s are nice but I prefer to get my information from long winded sifted through papers especially ones that completely contradict what the hypothesis was because then you know it wasn’t even their goal to get that result so then their definitely isn’t a bias but those papers don’t come around too often.
