Batch 2 is treating me right atm as well... Less oil volume, minimal PIP, solid lifts. C-Alice pumps. Tiggy life is good thus far.

Let me get this right. I can make an Order, Claim severe PiP, and get a bunch of Replacment Gear that’ll be Free of PiP? And these Guys just throw the Gear that has suspected PiP in the Garbage? No Fucking way. Couple of these Sources are getting taken advantage of by a Bunch of Sensative Ass Crybaby Grownmen. SMH

I can clear this up fairly simply. I know if somebody us trying to get over on me. It has happened. I will continue to allow it to happen. Once. After that i get a feel for how a customer is/what they are after and it won't happen again. (Give them enough rope to hang themselves.)
In this case and in the DHB cases it was vastly different. The batch 2 was PROVEN to be OD to 360mg. MY FAULT. My batch of mule kick DHB was multiple people not liking it. I didn't like it. So i replaced that too. Not once did i feel taken advantage of.
I do have a couple of people i won't do business with unless they sneak in. I don't save emails but when you run a business you remember who the takers are.
TGI is all about making things right. But i won't get run over. It is all good.

You warned people of the PIP on the early DHB though. Why replace it when people knowingly bought something that would bite?
When you send out replacements, and replace those replacements, and then they want more...that's when you have got a customer that you don't need on your hands. So you keep your word and then after that wash your hands.

Because i felt it was more PIP than what a quality brew should have been. Without EO and with the weather, walking a line between crashing and BB added for stability causing PIP. Second time i warned of crashing for lack of BB, but smoother pins. Have yet to replace any batch 2.
