Occupy your time. Write us another article in the Steroid Forum. I loved reading the tengtren series you wrote a few months ago. You got a lot of experience and knowledge.

Focus on the good stuff in your life. The holiday season gets a lot of us down. There will be other girls for you. Your body is going to heal up. And I hope your brother gets better man. In the meantime keep yourself on the go.

Really difficult to find a good chiro. Most are ambulance chasers that want to hook you up to electronic simulators. Theyre scared to do adjustments because they dont know what the fuck they are doing and want to bill your insurance outrageous sums of money.

Mark of a good chiropractor. They can see you without an appointment and perform an adjustment day one after consult. I want a chiropractor that sees 50 plus patients on a busy day and can have you in and out in 10-15 min. These are guys that are good, not scared to perform an adjustment on anybody and everybody from infants to 350#ers

My chiropractor is 100% hands on. I’m very satisfied with him. He’s also does cupping and told me he was wanting to add PRP therapy and I’m pretty sure he said stem cell therapy. His wife is a Dr and was wanting to combine businesses I believe.
He’s a growing practice so as long as he doesn’t get too big and stop having a one on one relationship with his patients then I’ll probably be sticking with him for the foreseeable future.
