This is the ONE thing i want to corner. If I could find a way to ensure customer loyalty (beyond what I already do) i would never lose. I don't know how...but this is top of my list. Build a solid and reputable business and never give people a reason to go elsewhere. But how to make sure of that? That is the dilemma.

I think you have the repeat customers as of now. All 3 of my orders have been you. The only reason I would go somewhere else is if you did not have want I wanted?

T/A is amazing, price is great, no issues with any gear. I think after people finish there cycles of your gear you will really see another increase in sales

Stay quality, decent prices and stay fair when dealing with “botched” batches. You did right by me and as long as you don’t become a greedy fat cunt you will be ok.

The problem is if someone fronted you 13k the return for the investor would only be around 7k at 70% you and 30% them.

There would have to be a contingency In the investment such as ongoing royalties % on each bottle sold until set even then royalties drop to “X” percent for “x” time plus the 30%.

Due to the 70% of your share which would go back into next batch of raw the only person coming out ahead is you unless on going royalties were claimed.

Always remember this... when negotiating.. whoever wants it the most always loses.
