I’ve been doing this exercise at the end of my chest workout and holy hell the pumps. I do a drop set variation to it. Brings a little tear to my eye.

@kendallkmw I made a post somewhere with a chest session. If that doesn’t rape your chest and get you the connection nothing will. Let me try and find it. My chest has always been tough as I am a delt dominant presser. It took practice and patience and careful movement selection.

To be honest I would have never planned on doing it in a million years. I am in recovery myself and was asked to manage a men’s sober living a few years back. It was a very rewarding growing experience but very taxing mentally. I hung that up this year and began working in a treatment center. One day I’m a treatment operations security supervisor and the next I’m a licensed counselor. Some times you just can’t plan what God has in store for you or where he is going to put you. I never planned to do this.

God is so good brother!! Love your story!! Not a counselor, passed on a staff position at the sober living house I was at. Had to get back to making money and supporting my children! Do however stay very connected to that place and always try and give that new guy some encouragement!! Merry Christmas!!
