Yeah it was their customer support that told me I can no longer use their services put a block on my debit card number and everything cause I tried loading my card on my girls cashapp and it wouldn't take it.

Sounds like they shut you down for suspected fraud. If you uploaded all the information they require, then tried to use a card with a different name on it, that would throw a red flag.
