Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

The gym had holiday hours so i wasn’t able to go. Took 8lb dumbbells, not many choices at home, and did a total of 400-500 mostly lateral raises and front raises New Year’s Eve, couldn’t lift my arms over my shoulder after, sore as shit the next day, but did a couple 100 more New Year’s Day. Heard doing 100+ reps of those daily are a good way to add size to the shoulders.

What gym do you go to that’s not 24/7 access. This is 2019. Get with the times grandpa.

I had some friend at work years ago who always used that term. Always a good one to throw out there!
 
It really depends on how you respond to it. I don’t respond to it like I do anadrol or Deca. I also don’t get most of the sides. I’ve seen guys blow up on 300. I don’t get much bigger till I run 500+

I have a friend who finds this to be the truth.

The good news lower doses of gear give him no sides regardless of the type of AAS, the downside is they also give him very limited results.

Running Tren at 100mg per day along with NPP and Test at slightly lower but similar dosages along with some Adrol pre meet for strength for 8 week cycles he can expect about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds total of muscle gain with another 3 to 5 pounds of water weight gain. But he has virtually zero sides at those levels with the exception of some minor heartburn from the tren which he can control with glutamine.


He is over 50 so some will say that is the reason for the small gains but I don't think so. Usually able to retain most of the muscle gained during each cycle and at this stage he is satisfied with a real solid 195 pounds and elite totals powerlifting.

This isn't the same friend as @Roger rabbit but I'm fairly certain they are both great guys.
