It’s definitely a free membership plus 2 free guests anytime they’re with you and it’s good at any location, even their Canada locations that have a different name.

Their sales people make a little over minimum wage and work 60 hours a week. One of the sales guys I worked with was telling me how his commissions and his hourly put him at $55k for the year. He was like “not bad for not having a college degree.” But after all the hours you put in, at the end of the day you’re making $17/hr. And they work 6 days a week, from like 8AM-8PM.

For me, shoulders calves and arms is it, at least for a while.

I kicked it off with calves shoulders arms sesssion on the 1st. I plan on taking 6iu gh on arm and shoulder days, then 3iu on others and none on off days. The day prior to arms or shoulders I'll about double my carbs (about 800), then the days of around 500 then reg days 400 carbs. Coupled with hitting them 2 or 3 times a rotation. Im experimenting with high volume so I'm going to give one heavy session then the other 1 (or 2) times will be HIIIIIIIIGH volume, I'm talking 50+ sets

Chest is by far my nemisis ( upper) . I usually hit problem parts multiple times spreading out sets between the days

So much this. Theres a few strategies to prevent this. Limit weight increases and increase rep ranges every week with the same weight to give tendons time to catch up. Limit weight increases on sbd to 10 lbs first 2 and 5 there after. Change stimulus. Ie. Instead of comp squats, do ATG. For press movement can change angle, grip, switch to dbells etc. If a guy goes from squating 345x6 to 455x6 in 6 weeks get ready for tears

Yea can’t blame them , you seen their prices? Testing has proven that their dosing is no more or less accurate than any other ugl. Pcom tries to come off like pharma but are ugl nonetheless. Only thing they got on titter is a few blends, some orals that are smaller doses and primo. They fuck up orders all the time and charge too much shipping for us domestic imo
