Test C 500mgs total weekly.
DHB 400mgs weekly
Tbol 50mgs daily 5 weeks, Different lab.
500mgs of NPP total 1st two weeks.

No one carries 10mm anymore?

It has a pretty good following on some of my boards. Ive shot them and like them. But honestly the risk of over penetration is why i dont carry that caliber. Add to that its usually found in a somewhat large and heavier gun to help with recoil so concealing it is not so easy especially in shorts.

It has a pretty good following on some of my boards. Ive shot them and like them. But honestly the risk of over penetration is why i dont carry that caliber. Add to that its usually found in a somewhat large and heavier gun to help with recoil so concealing it is not so easy especially in shorts.

I’m all about over penetration.

My issue is, I’ve personally seen in real life, someone getting shot with 9mm and not going down.

I’ll never carry one. My nightstand gun is a 9mm tho

Just picked up a ruger ec9s. Wanted to try out a slim single stack 9. So far I like it carry wise. Probably throw some down range this weekend. My pocket carry is a lcp.380 forget I even have sometimes.

We had a guy recently shot 9 times with 45. Drove himself to leo station and was flighted to er. Poor shot placement let him live.

Ive also seen a report on a guy took 8 40's to chest and abdomen and was still fighting.

Shot placement is king not caliber. Also read studies on personal defense. Caliber(popular handgun) is the least important factor in ending a situation

I’ve seen dudes near direct hit with 40mm grenades and keep running. Shot placement, shot placement and more shot placement. Unless you have a SAW or 240 then volume matters
