Tudca, NAC, choline and inositol and L methionine for liver protection.
NAC is good stuff. Smells like shit in the capsules, but it's good. It seems to give me an overall better feeling when I've been on it for a month or so. Taking heavy doses of it with Tudca on oral cycles helps with lethargy a ton. I always throw high doses of milk thistle in with those two supplements and do well with them. Nutricost products on Amazon have good quantity/price ratios...good bang for your buck.
