To me and maybe just my belief system here ; that would be more along the lines of a mini blast.

A cruise is what it is.. a cruise of test to reset the body including myostatin, getting the body to be less taxed including organs, cardiovascular system and so on.

Adding in a harsh chemical/drug for the sake of potentially getting to “peak” or “saturation” faster seems wreckless to me and will eventually catch up. Every force has an equal and opposite reaction.

Ok, thats what I was looking for. Thanks man

@Roger rabbit and @tengtren

Food for though. Can I cruise with tren as well? Like small dosage like 100tren E a week

My thought process was , over time you would have a decent amount of tren in you, and when you blast, you would possible have full effects much sooner. Say 4-6 weeks instead of 10-12 weeks?

Or am I completely wrong?
The only other compounds I would use for a "cruise quote would be nandrolone low-dose or EQ low-dose and I'm talking 200 or so milligrams. When I first came onto meso I was under the impression most on here were competitive bodybuilder/physique competitors. Which is not the case. low-dose Decca or EQ on a cruise would be something I would recommend for a competitor looking to be the best they can possible. Not your typical gym rat just trying to look/feel good/get pussy

As far as having some in your system and then when blasting getting the effects sooner this is what acetate is for. Most people who like to tren e kickstart their tren blast with tren a

Abs are a product of fat loss, not targeted exercise imo. I never cardio, never isolate abs (they are used on every major lift anyway) and i rock a 6 pack all spring/summer and half of fall.

You can get abs to be visible without tren. Just eat well.

True, and if you want steel solid abs you may put in the plan some conditioning like fighters do, I really do feel the difference between now and the past, while practicing Thai.

The only benefit you get from it now is the wether you serve 5 years or 25 years you have a ira plan.

Before if you didn’t serve 20 you got nothing. But... it’s still not the greatest thing ever.
It’s good if you get out after your initial enlistment and take the IRA to your next job. Other then that it’s terrible. Why would anyone with a brain cell do 20plus years and then have to wait till their 65 to collect. Zero incentive to be a career soldier. The next global conflict is going to bloody us bad. All the combat experienced NCOs are gone.
