Lol I have been out of the military for over 10 years. I’m sure they are softer now much like the new generation of “point to the bear” and tell me where you hurt generation.

Lol they were soft back then too. I been out for 11 and when I went in I was already trained up by ex special forces because I grew up in the 'send your kids to death camp if they act out' generation. I went in and and got out of shape in basic.

Abs are a product of fat loss, not targeted exercise imo. I never cardio, never isolate abs (they are used on every major lift anyway) and i rock a 6 pack all spring/summer and half of fall.

You can get abs to be visible without tren. Just eat well.

This is all so true! My abs were built through all other lifts and lots of sex!! Never did cardio for any of my shows either!! Diet is everything!!

Its funny when I hear people say “ I nicked a vein” the reality is veins roll. Think about giving blood and how deliberate they have to be to hit that vein at the 45 degree angle.

Challenge them next time you dontate to hit that vein at 90 degrees..... [emoji23]

Haha. Blood vessels! Some are bigger, most in correct pinning areas are tiny. Everytime you pin, you stab right through them, slice them and shit, and know when you go through a good one when the trenbolone joins your circulation. People talk about "nicking a vein" like they took a small chunk off the side of an artery.. Lol. And fuck aspiration, tiny air bubbles won't kill you when injected into the muscle and the boogey man doesn't live under our beds!! <<<< I killed that fucker in the 90's, true story! @Roger rabbit good to see you still around. Isn’t the point of aspiration so If you actually are in a vein, you don’t inject gear directly into the blood stream?

I also aspirate but have never pulled back any blood

When have you ever seen a medical professional aspirate when doing an IM inject?? Never. Why? Cause the aren't giving you your flu shot on your inner thigh or the side of your neck or on the inside of your arm......
