I’ve managed fight gyms with all men and I’ve worked with all females teaching. But I have to be honest there was so much more drama at the gym with the men. Getting jealous over clients they were both fucking. I couldn’t have female instructors because they would all end up fighting over them and 1/2 them would be banging them. But I would rather work with men still because at least they address issues to each other instead of being catty and backstabbing.

I figured at such a low dose it would take much longer to kick in. I don’t know if it’s psychological or not this soon but damn I’m throwing up weights like they’re my mortal enemies. Definitely a strength increase.
