It’s suppose to be a stronger/quicker EQ. My appetite is off the charts, I growing and my hemorcrit wasn’t high like on EQ. EQ is my favorite compound so I decided to try DHB so far it’s everything as advertised. Some say it’s Tren light without the sides.

I’m currently on
Test C 500mgs weekly
DHB 400mgs Weekly
Tren A 175mgs weekly.

How many times a week are you pinning/ how much DHB do you find to be tolerable at one time?
 
I didn’t say it does. I’m comparing it to EQ as I should. So enlighten me where I’m confused ?
Why are you comparing them when there completely different? DHB is supposed to be an alternative to TREN!!
You can enlighten yourself with a little more research. After all you have more DHB then TGI o_O

Plenty of people comparing DHB to EQ and Tren just like I described it. I had no previous Tren experience so I wasn’t going to talk out my fucking ass like some people on this board.

Damn man.. think my muscles were out pacing my ligaments and shit... Started going heavy too soon on cycle... Hoping the shoulder click wasn't a torn labrum or rotator cuff.. rly hoping it's minor. Was just getting going again.

Does anyone know what u might hurt in your shoulder on the bench press that would also cause ur thumb to go numb on top of the click in shoulder.... The pain isn't bad bad..

I’m not a doctor and I didn’t stay in a holiday in but sounds like you have some injury causing impingement or swelling on the nerve. I have a bumb right shoulder that gives me problems all the time. I use ice and then a heating pad. I also use a Tens unit on it(electrodes).

Was weird, I wasn't up that heavy, but also was rushing a workout and didn't warm up great. Hopefully minor, pain isn't bad,but sometimes u don't feel it till later or next day. Was thinking power through but after one more set thought maybe should stop and not do more damage.. give it a day to see how bad it is... When ur endorphins are running it's hard to tell

Try some ice and then heat. Ice to reduce swelling, heat to promote blood flow/healing. I think if you tore something you would know it for sure, probably just a strain with swelling on the nerve.

I am about to start the same cycle as you but except tren.
Do you think you are getting any noticeable benefits from 175mgs of tren a weekly? I am concerned about regurgitated sides of tren but I guess i can test the water with a low dose like yours. I have both tren e and hexa in stock.
 
didn't warm up great.
IMO ONe of the most underrated parts of working out. The older I get the more I need to warm up. I see guys all the time come in and literally start with 50-60% of there max whatever there doing. Then here I am with 5lb dumbbells warming and stretching. Them slowly move up. It’s really helped me a lot. I believe that’s one reason why my shoulders are shit. That and heavy weight for years.

It’s hard to maintain heavy imo. Haven’t put up anything over 315 in 2 months since I hit 485 flat. Yesterday wanted to see where I was at and hit 455. I was pleased with that. Next blast I’m gonna hit 505, 225X50 and 315X20 and 405X10...then that’s it for life for heavy shit.

I’m only on day 7? Of Tren A and week 7 1/2 of my cycle. Something is definitely different, no sides that I can feel but I’m noticing more strength and my patients with other people is real thin. I’m only doing a small dose because the sides scare the shit out of me.
