I was cruising at 300 a week. I think I need to back it down, my acne has not gone away yet. What is an acceptable cruise level?

My last gear I was shooting a gram of test. I shot your 600 a week and my first pin I thought I was gonna die lol.

No. You should see a doctor for that though. You prob didn’t tear anything. Strains and tears usually include black and blue rising to the surface. If you have swelling it could be pushing against a nerve which is why you’re thumb has that weird sensation. It’d be good to confirm it’s not going to be something permanent though.

What is an acceptable cruise level?

Half of what you were doing. Lol. I cruise at 125. But it's all subjective. Some guys need high dose TRT just to get to normal range.

I get minor shoulder impingements from bench pressing heavy. Just working on mobility with lightweight lateral raises is enough to work it back into correct movement. But when it’s there it’s like a knife going into my shoulder.

I usually do my side laterals slightly to the front with slightly bent elbows. 2 weeks ago Ibstupidly tried doing them straight armed and straight out to the sides hoping to get a different angle. All I did was fuck up my shoulder. I think I just tweaked something. It's not knee buckling pain just sore when I move it certain ways.
