I don’t think I will try and max at 120, maybe just keep it at 80 and try that
80 is good depending how u run it.. u get a tolerance to it as u go... I am sure someone has already mentioned this... I usually do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.. I start low and build to 120.. but that was too much even with "tolerance".. I'd only ever do up to 80 again if I EVER bother... I don't rly care about body fat. Lol
