Right bro! Thanks! The way that I was shown was like if you were sitting in a chair you would stab the middle top portion of your leg. I have been doing this for 3.5ish years. Sometimes it got painful others not as bad. I also inject other spots but the quads are my least favorite lol.

I’ve always injected upper putter side straight down in the quad, not from the side, like I’m the picture. Is that how it’s suppose to be done?
