In another topic what wold you guys do If in the scenario of a short test prop cycle , lets say 4-6 weeks.
The only thing different is the ester and the time it takes to clear the system. Your PCT start time will not be as long as a longer ester like Enanthate. Other than that I wouldn't deviate from your regular protocol. And bloods will be your answer.

I’m 25 years old and i’m planning to run a well structured cycle and I could use some of y’all wisdom I am in the midst of a rut This rut being the plateau my body has reached. I am an avid runner, swimmer. I also have a deep love for lifting, I want to be stronger. I do NOT want to be a big guy, I think for me 190 would be top weight. I want my running to get faster than it has ever been, I want to be stronger than I have ever been, and I want to have the power of Aqua-man in the water haha but I was wondering if y’all could give me some advice on this cycle I’m gonna run


The planned cycle is:

8 week cycle plus 4 week PCT

1-8 Anavar: 50mg ED

1-8 test prop: 100mg ED

1-8 winstrol: 50mg ED

1-8 EQ 100mg ED

Pct: (4 weeks) Nolvadex 20mg ED

Any other advice I want to see your nutrition intake before more is given.

You are wanting to take the lazy way with magic pills and grow. WONT HAPPEN.

Let’s see your nutrition on what you eat. I’m guessing it’s about as structured as your steroid cycle and that is why you are claiming you have hit a “plateau “
 
Definitely need to do some research man. And I'd suggest you go to Steroid Forum and make a post there for more feedback. You will mainly hear the same thing but you will also get more feedback from other experienced members who venture outside of the underground (no offense to anyone).

But mainly bottom line is that test will be your staple no matter what. And that is all you should run to see how you react in terms of sides, AI, etc. And also no matter what you choose to do get bloods BEFORE you start anything. And also have ALL your PCT meds before you start.

Yeah in the past / when i do 6 weeks prop i alsondon4 weeks pct.

I was just trying to get some opinions on that

Lol... A lot of people don't ever go to other fourms... Like nutrition, or training, or even just the steroid fourm in general. A lot of people just hangout in the UG is my point. Having a variety of experience and feedback is never a bad thing.

Confused probably...... but I definitely listen to your nuggets of wisdom. Is it a waste to run a high test cycle 800mg-1k mg with a moderate amount of Deca 400-500mg to lean out and gain quality muscle? I’m eating around 2800-3200 calories a day. Low sugar and carbs, with a high protein content?

Or am I just wasting my time?

I think fitfemale has a cycle log going in one of the sub forums.
I do have a cycle log. Not too far into it yet but this is my very first cycle as well. I’m doing 10/day split up in two doses 5 in the am and 5 in the pm. I’ve noticed some pimples but so far that’s my only side effect. I typically have super clear skin so to even get one or two is rare for me and I notice them. Other than that feeling good so far! Good luck to her! @Kim is the greatest for advice

Similar to what I’ve been running. 750 Test, 500 Deca. I’ve put on 15 pounds since August. But I’m also a fatass.
