That’s nice. I fucking hate them right now lol. JK. I told them I only have 8 weeks before I get busy at work and have to call it quits on the gym again. They laid out a nice progressive overload that I’m hoping will add a little more size to me. Once I get busy at work I lose the fat and some muscle but I’m hoping when I get back into the gym around mid June I’ll have a solid foundation to keep cutting from. Sitting at 215 right now so it should be interesting to see where I finish at and how I look.

That’s exactly what happened to me. I went with them for 8 weeks and then my busy season started so my gym time got cut. But I’ve continued religiously with the meal plan. I’ll probably go back once it slows down.
 
First day back in the gym after being sick af all week. Actually felt like a beast today. Kind of amazing how mentally I was thinking I lost so much in a week. Actually was the opposite. On a side note down 31 lbs in 3.5 months without sacrificing size so that’s good.
any loss of strength?
 
Not at all. Actually felt really strong today. Of course I didnt go super heavy but everything I touched felt light.
did you change your routine? Im "cutting" right now down 8 lbs and Ive been making a few gains strength wise here and there. I took some of the volume out and started doing higher % of 1rm, less machines in my routine. Barbell, dumbell, and bodyweight, a lot of focus on core to help with weak spots.

Actually did the opposite of you. More machines less barbells. Really been focusing on the squeeze and mind muscle connection. Lower reps time under tension. I did lose some on my 1 rep max. But that’s to be expected not training heavy all the time.

U never was thinking to bring epistane to ur list... i cant believe its so hard to find it .. That stuff imo Is much better then Var and very mild on ur body too!

Trying to figure if I wanna do first 4 weeks anavar last 6 weeks anadrol/winny or swap it

Mast+proviron+anavar+winny is a lot of DHT. Better have one of your girls check your prostrate regularly to make sure it’s not swelling up too big.
